Answer 28 Oct Decision letter dated 27 October, sent 28 October at 1:51 PM: the request of 29 July was "determined on July 30th, 2026" and refused, on the ground of the Ontario Works refusal of 18 June and the internal review decision of 30 July; "a review of the conditions set out in Section 56 of Ontario Regulation 134/98 ... was not undertaken." Internal review in writing by 30 November; no appeal to the Social Benefits Tribunal, the letter says, and its third part explains how to appeal to the Social Benefits Tribunal. The internal review decision of 30 July was reversed by the Administrator on 2 September.
