Good morning,
I apologize for the delay in responding to this email, I had not seen it since it went automatically into my "junk email". It was Jennifer in my office who flagged that you had acknowledged receipt of the Notice of Appearance which prompted me to look for your email in the "junk email". I have also just now seen this email and another which will be answered under separate cover as it is not related to this matter.
I am currently in the process of gathering the documents from my client as it relates to the matter and expect to finalize, serve and file the Record of Proceedings early next week. Should you wish to take more time to complete your Application Record, please let me know as we would be agreeable to extending that timeline.
Regards,
