I am Danilo Dzyuban. I live in Ottawa, I represent myself, and I work in writing. What I find in the law I publish here, dated and sourced, so anyone can use it.
Most defects in a statute are invisible because two provisions that contradict each other sit at opposite ends of the same Act. A lawyer reads the section the case turns on. Nobody is paid to read the whole thing. I read the whole thing.
