RE: Brief for the review under subsection 24(1) of the Building Canada Act: the North named in the preamble, Schedule 1 empty, Hudson Bay outside the listing process

Hello,

I demand that the Government of Canada list the North in Schedule 1: the Grays Bay Road and Port and the Mackenzie Valley Highway by 31 December 2026, a notice for Port of Churchill Plus by the same date, the Kivalliq Hydro-Fibre Link and the Nunavut-Manitoba road referred to the Major Projects Office, and at least 4 northern projects in Schedule 1 by 30 June 2027.

The attached supplement adds Order P.C. 2026-925 of 1 October 2026: the first project in Schedule 1 is an oil pipeline, listed 91 days after the proposal, while Port of Churchill Plus has waited 402 days for a notice. It is filed for the review the Committee set on 6 October 2026. The supplement contains no hyperlinks.

Distribute the brief of 30 September 2026 and the attached supplement to the members before the Minister appears under the decision of 6 October 2026, and confirm the date of distribution in writing by 30 October 2026.

Respectfully,
Danilo Dzyuban
