Hello,
I demand that the Government of Canada build the road from Manitoba to Rankin Inlet: list it as a project of national interest, fund the section from Churchill to Arviat, and start construction in 2027. The road lowers the cost of living in Rankin Inlet, Whale Cove and Arviat by 24%.
The attached supplement builds on the brief of 30 September 2026, which is before the members.
Distribute the attached supplement to the members before the meeting of 20 October 2026, and confirm the date of distribution in writing by 20 October 2026.
