Hello,
I demand that the Government of Canada build 4 small craft harbours on Hudson Bay, at Chesterfield Inlet, Coral Harbour, Naujaat and Sanikiluaq, with construction from 2027, all 4 open by 2031, and at least $308 million, 32% of the $957.8 million announced on 11 May 2026.
The attached supplement adds the release of Fisheries and Oceans Canada of 2 October 2026: the harbour at Arctic Bay, announced in 2021 for 2025, opens in 2030. The supplement contains no hyperlinks.
Distribute the brief of 30 September 2026 and the attached supplement to the members before the meeting of 22 October 2026 on committee business, and confirm the date of distribution in writing by 22 October 2026.
