Submission 4276171 - filed September 12, 2026 - no response past the three business day standard
Hello,
On September 12, 2026 I filed documents with the Small Claims Court in London through Small Claims Court Submissions Online. The submission confirmation number is 4276171. The filing was made with a fee waiver request, so no payment was required and none was taken.
The submission contained a Fee Waiver Request to Registrar, Clerk or Sheriff, commissioned at the City of Ottawa on September 12, 2026, a Plaintiff's Claim in Form 7A, and proof of income consisting of my Ontario Works approval and my MyBenefits statement.
Ontario.ca states that court staff review documents submitted online within three business days to determine if they are accepted for filing or issuance. That period expired on September 17, 2026 at the latest. Today is September 20, 2026. Nothing has arrived at [email]: no acceptance, no rejection, no request for anything further.
This is the second time. Submission 4239334 was filed on August 26, 2026. The court office answered it on September 8, 2026, which is the eighth business day after the filing. That answer refused the submission because the pages of the fee waiver application were not legible and told me to re-scan pages 1 to 3, have page 3 commissioned, and include proof of income. Every one of those three things was done before submission 4276171 was filed on September 12, 2026.
I require three things:
1. The Claim Number issued for submission 4276171, or the written reason it was refused, with the name and position of the staff member who made that decision.
2. The date submission 4276171 reached the clerk's office.
3. If anything further is required of me, the specific rule or requirement it comes from.Answer by September 23, 2026. Without a Claim Number the claim cannot be served and the file cannot move, and the delay is on the court office. If there is no answer by that date, this delay goes to the Manager of Court Operations for the London courthouse and to the Ombudsman of Ontario, whose jurisdiction covers the administration of the courts.
Respectfully,
Danilo Dzyuban

Because you have an issued claim, you need to take certain steps. I encourage you to review info on Steps To Justice HERE<https://stepstojustice.ca/questions/tribunals-and-courts/i-filed-claim-small-claims-online-service-what-happens-next/>.
