Attached for filing in HRTO File 2026-68783-I are Form 10, Request for Order During Proceedings, and Form 23, Statement of Delivery. Form 10 carries Schedules A to D and the documents listed in Schedule D.

Decide the Application in writing on the material before the Tribunal. Any request by the Respondent to extend its time must first explain in writing why a Notice it forwarded internally within 7 minutes went unanswered for 35 days.
