This is a consumer complaint against Anthropic, PBC, San Francisco, for a refund of CA$420.65.
The online complaint form of the ministry was completed on 1 October 2026 and stopped at submission by a CAPTCHA, Radware incident ID 6623dc14-de4a-4857-a426-641621020336. The answers to every question of Form 5201 are in the attached complaint-5201.pdf.
