1. The completed Request for Additional Information to Complete
Application: pages 3 to 5 of the Notice of Incomplete Application dated
September 4, 2026, signed by typed name. The answer to Section 7 is on page
4.

2. The attachment that Section 7 directs me to provide. It holds the
documents that started the three proceedings against The Toronto-Dominion
Bank, and the decisions issued in them, as Exhibits 7-A to 7-F. Every
exhibit is for Section 7 and for no other question.
