This is a new request under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It is separate from my requests 49774597, 49777099, 49777100, 49777101 and from the fifth eRequest 20260731233001014, and it should not be merged with them.

RECORDS REQUESTED.

Every final version in force at any time between 1 January 2022 and the date this request is processed of each of the following ministry records, named by those titles in a municipal delivery agent's operating policy:

3. 27-22 Emergency Assistance for Ukrainian Migrants, Revised

WHY THESE TITLES ARE STATED THIS WAY.

The City of Ottawa released records to me on 26 August 2026 under its file AGR-2026-00759. The City's operating document "Emergency Assistance", CSSD/ESS/OSU 03/2025, lists these 3 titles in its REFERENCES section. The City stated in the same release that the links to them "point to a Provincial internal only extranet site and is is not available to share publicly". The ministry is therefore the institution that holds them.

No personal information is sought.
